Hosting

Pages and images are served through Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering a page involves technical information such as an IP address, the requested URL and browser information. The hosting service may process request data for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Cloudflare describes its handling of personal information in its Privacy Policy.

Email and corrections

If you email me, I use your address and message to read your feedback, check a correction or review the issue you raised. Your email provider and mine process the correspondence to deliver and store it. I do not add messages or addresses to a mailing list.

Please leave out personal information that I don’t need to understand the issue you raised. Publication contact details are on the Contact page.

Links to other websites

Other sites have their own privacy practices. Following a product or reference link takes you to that website; its privacy notice applies there.

Privacy questions

For questions about information you have shared with me, or to request a copy, correction or deletion of that information, write to privacy@abriefstudy.com. I may need to confirm that the request came from you before sharing or changing correspondence.

Changes to this notice

I’ll update this notice when the way the publication handles personal information changes. Any material change will have an accurate effective date.
